about a week ago a friend of mine left a comment that only said "you inspire me". that is one of the biggest compliments and feelings of achievements that anyone can ever give me. she may not know this, but she actually inspires me. even with just her words. i enjoy being updated on her life and the things she is doing or the beauty she is creating. her life, is an inspiration to me and mine.
with that said, i recently just finished designing someones myspace header for their new music project that is soon to come out. hop over there real quick to see my design. i'm pretty proud of it. even though i charged way way less than i should have for it.
it is so hard to decide how much you should charge for the work that you do. i'm finding it more and more of a challenge with each project i take on. today, i am hoping to make a set price list for my work. there are a lot of cheap pockets out there expecting good work to be done at such a cheap price. it's just not right.
i've started to branch out in my art world and have recently decided to start taking up sewing. i'm in the beginning stages of making my first pillow. i'm pretty excited about that. i've already started designing things for shirts but i don't want to stop there. pictures will be uploaded as soon as the pillow is completed.
i have other news as well, but this post is long enough for one day.
